On Friday 29th September hosts, Nicola and Faz raised an impressive £339 (Sarum Vision match funded) for The Macmillan Coffee Morning.
As well as an opportunity for people to come together, socialise, eat cake and drink coffee it’s an opportunity to raise awareness of the great work Macmillan Cancer Support do. Macmillan is a charitable organisation that provided support and services to people affected by cancer.
We were spoilt this year with the array of cakes available, from orange and chocolate brownies to Mary Berry’s lemon drizzle tray bake. The coffee and walnut cake was so delicious that we were left salivating in anticipation for next year’s gathering!
