Sarum Vision provides comprehensive private ophthalmology services. Sarum Vision was created by Mr Matthew Wakefield and Mr Naeem Haq, two local Consultant Ophthalmologists who also work at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. We wanted to offer our patients choice of the best possible cutting edge treatments without constraints and delays.
Our focus is on treating patients as individuals and our specialist Consultant eye surgeons will provide a personalised treatment plan to optimise your eye health. With their wealth of experience, our friendly surgeons will advise you on the available treatment options at each stage of your journey and help you to decide which is the best solution for your needs.
What services do we offer?
We would be pleased to help you whatever your eye problem. In addition to cataract surgery, we offer comprehensive diagnostics and monitoring with state-of-the-art equipment for numerous eye conditions including glaucoma and macular degeneration. We are also able to provide laser treatment for conditions such as glaucoma and posterior capsular opacification. All of our cutting edge diagnostic and surgical equipment is under one roof-no need to travel to other facilities for specialist tests or treatment.
Our surgeons also have subspecialist interests in Oculoplastics and Corneal disease. Mr Haq provides eyelid surgery services from simple lump and bump removal, correction of eyelid problems and tear duct surgery. Mr Wakefield provides expertise on corneal disorders such as Fuch’s endothelial dystrophy, corneal decompensation, keratoconus and allergic eye disease. They both have extensive experience in providing individually tailored treatment for ocular surface discomfort, dry eye and blepharitis.
